ClipStorm AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information when you use ClipStorm AI (the “Service”).
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. This policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

4. Data Storage
Your data is stored on Convex, a managed cloud database platform. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard encryption protocols (AES-256 and TLS 1.2+). Convex infrastructure is hosted in the United States.
Uploaded video files are stored securely in cloud object storage and are accessible only to your account and our processing pipeline. Files are not publicly accessible without a time-limited signed URL.
5. Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and collect usage analytics. Cookies we use include:
- Essential cookies: Required for authentication and core functionality. These cannot be disabled.
- Analytics cookies: Used to understand how users interact with the Service. We use PostHog for product analytics. Data collected is aggregated and used only for product improvement.
You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings. Disabling analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use the Service.
6. Third-Party Processors
We share your data with third-party service providers only as necessary to deliver the Service. Our current sub-processors include:
